In order to maintain the hold power and to prevent the fray out of the yarn, conventional woven hook & loop fastener used to hire the PU reinforce back coat which required the organic solvent. Minding the environment issue, we developed a production system to manufacture high quality products without such back coat, maintaining equivalent performance of normal back-coated products.
ECOMAGIC™ (patent pending)manufactured by the innovative system is a next generation fastener to comply with the environment management.

1.	Significant reduction of impacts to the environment with superb LCA(Life Cycle Assesment) index in the process.
2.	Being 100% polyester, enough water resistant with no decline of holding force. Suited to use outdoor and marine sports gear.
3.	Flame retardant to meet the automotive standard(FMVSS No.302) without adding chemical treatment thus no hazardous material emitted.
4.	Excellent color fastness to light maintains the original colors without fading so that white remains as original without yellowing
5.	Recyclable material.

	No direct ironing on fastener. When using iron, use on the back of garment or cover with sheet of fabric.
	Before machine-washing, the fastener should be fastened tightly or put the garment into the washing net so that no snagging occurs on the garment.
	A very hard condition like linen washing (with chlorine breach) should be carried out after checking with test prior to the laundry.

1. Chemical resistance (threshold density to maintain the initial physical property)	Alkali: Caustic Soda 20%, Ammonia 28% Acids: Hydrochloric Acid 2.5%, Sulfuric Acid 15%, Nitric Acid 3.5%
2. Water resistance:	No change of closure strength after immersed in the water
3. Thermal resistance:	Usable until -30℃
